To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Please be aware that restocking fees, return shipping charges, or applicable taxes might be deducted from your refund.

Discounted or sale items may be eligible for returns, but refunds will be based on the purchase price.

When returning an item, please package it securely in the original packaging with all tags and accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the package. Use a trackable shipping service and send to the address provided by our team.
A restocking fee may apply on certain returns to cover inspection and processing costs; you will be informed accordingly.
Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), in which case we will cover these expenses.
